Think your GAA club should give Rounders a go? Here’s your chance to make it happen!

 

As part of the GAA Youth Forum, GAA Rounders is challenging young people to bring our sport back to their clubs — with a fantastic prize up for grabs!

 

What Can Your Club Win?

One lucky GAA club will win:

 

–  A Luxury GAA Rounders Starter Pack worth €250

–  A Rounders taster session at their club

 

Your Mission: Bring Rounders Home!

 

1. Find your Club PRO or Communications Officer

 

Tell them why you think your club should give Rounders a go. It could be a great way to bring members together, get younger players involved or try something new!

 

2. Get your club to post!

 

Ask your Club PRO or Communications Officer to publish an entry on one of your club’s official social-media channels.

 

The post must:

 

– Mention GAA Rounders

– Explain why your club wants to try Rounders

– Tag the official GAA Rounders account

– Include #BringRoundersHome

🎨 Get Creative!

 

A photo, video, graphic, funny idea or brilliant pitch for why your club should try Rounders — it’s entirely up to you!

 

Creativity counts! We’ll be looking for the most creative and original entries when choosing our winner, so don’t be afraid to think outside the box.

 

Clubs are encouraged to share their entry across multiple platforms to spread the word, but each club can enter only once.

 

📅 Closing Date: 30 November 2026

 

Get your club involved and make sure your entry is published in good time. We’ll be flexible when considering entries published around the closing date.

 

😴 The Boring Bit (Yes, You Have to Read This!)

 

• The competition is open to GAA clubs in Ireland.
• Entries must be published on an official GAA club social-media channel.
• Each club may enter once through Facebook, Instagram or X. Sharing the same entry across multiple platforms does not count as additional entries.
• Each entry must mention GAA Rounders, tag the official GAA Rounders account on the platform used and include #BringRoundersHome.
• The winner will be selected by GAA Rounders based on the creativity and originality of eligible entries.
• The prize consists of a GAA Rounders Starter Pack valued at €250 and a taster session at the winning club.
• The taster session will take place at a mutually agreed date and location, subject to availability and appropriate safeguarding requirements.
• By entering, clubs agree that GAA Rounders may share or repost their entry on its own social-media channels.
• GAA Rounders reserves the right to confirm eligibility and make the final decision on the winner.
