GAA Rounders Intermediate All-Star Nominees 2026
Intermediate All-Star Nominations 2026
Safe to say there were some happy people in Roscommon, Galway, Wexford, Carlow and Limerick yesterday evening with our Junior All-Star nominee announcements. So let’s keep it going and shine a light on our Intermediate superstars for 2026. Again, statistics were taken for knockout games – semi-finals and finals – and again, four accolades are up for grabs with Intermediate Men, Intermediate Women, Intermediate Mixed (Male) and Intermediate Mixed (Female) all being awarded to the best of our best Intermediate grade players.
Intermediate Women
As the final was an all-Connacht affair, so the All-Star nominees are all Connacht cailiní. All five of them had great games in our All-Ireland decider matches and they rightly take their places among the top female Intermediate players of our game. All infielders, two Pitchers, a Catcher and two Short Stops – three from Galway and two from Roscommon – made the list.

In a break with what we’ve seen with all our other Junior and Intermediate nominees, a semi-final player has made their way onto the list. These five women are a mix of infielders and outfielders and demonstrate all that is great about our Mixed game at Intermediate level.
